Odore di sottobosco, brezza fresca e declivi verdeggianti ispirano il ripieno della Divina Creazione n° 28. Il Cantharellus cibarius, fungo apprezzatissimo tanto da essere considerato da molti superiore al porcino, presenta un sapore deciso e un profumo intenso e aromatico, che si sprigiona solo durante la cottura. Fungo dalla consistenza ottima che incontra qui un altro grande sapore: quello della Fontina DOP, formaggio d’alpeggio e di alte quote le cui origini lontane echeggiano negli altipiani della Valle d’Aosta.
